Board of Directors
The Verde Trails Board of Directors is established in the Bylaws and is currently a body of up to five directors. Each year at the Annual Meeting of the members, candidates are elected to replace those board members whose terms are set to expire. As of May 2, 2026, two new directors were elected to serve two‑year terms, creating a staggered structure that offsets the remaining three board members, whose terms are also two years and started in 2025.
Board Members
The Verde Trails Board of Directors, with assistance from CCMC, the on-site professional management company, helps guide community policy. Verde Trails transitioned to homeowner control in June 2025.
