Design Review
Process
This Design Review Submittal is submitted to the Verde Trails Homeowners Association Design Review Committee for approval of proposed exterior improvements. Please contact the Verde Trails email with any questions, if additional information is needed or when you are ready to submit; we respectfully request timely review and approval so the project may proceed. These requests will be reviewed by the Board of Directors during their monthly meetings. Please refer to the Board of Directors page to determine the next scheduled meeting.

Guidelines/Forms
All Design requests shall include a brief description of the project, proposed materials and colors, scaled site plan and elevations, product specifications, contractor information, and photographs of the existing conditions. The design request shall be planned in accordance with the Verde Trails Design Guidelines and CC&Rs, found below. The homeowner/contractor shall obtain all required permits and comply with City of Avondale standards.
