Board of Directors

 

The Verde Trails Board of Directors is established in the Bylaws and is currently a body of up to five directors. Each year at the Annual Meeting of the members, candidates are elected to replace those board members whose terms are set to expire. As of May 2, 2026, two new directors were elected to serve two‑year terms, creating a staggered structure that offsets the remaining three board members, whose terms are also two years that started in 2025.

The Verde Trails Board of Directors helps guide community policy with the assistance of CCMC, the onsite professional management company. Verde Trails transitioned to homeowner control in June 2025.
